The Ann Arbor IT Zone is sponsoring an event on January 13 called "The Creativity Forum: The Ten Year Journey to Overnight Sensation." Elizabeth Kostova, author of The Historian, will join host Jan Nichols to discuss the culmination of ten years of research and a lifetime of imagining leading to the meticulous crafting of this runaway best seller. Nicola Rooney of Nicola's Books will provide books for signing following the program. The Creativity Forum is a pack-your-own brown bag lunch event, soft drinks will be provided. The forum takes place from noon to 1:15 p.m. and is free to members of the IT Zone and costs $5 for non-members and students.
Elizabeth Kostova and other writers from 18 countries will be presenting their latest works at the 26th annual Festival of Authors, Oct. 19-29 at Toronto's Harbourfront Centre.
